A High School Counselor's (HSGC) Job is to help students succeed with their classes, plan for future jobs or college, and manage personal or emotional challenges. My HSGC told me that I was not cut out for college and that I should probably go to a trade school and learn a trade instead of thinking about college.

To be honest I cannot totally blame her because my High School Grades Sucked!  I still don't know how in the hell I got into college.  I must have Killed that SAT.  But I got in.  But it took me four years to graduate.
